“My dear best friend,

Our friendship is a beautiful tale.

Our love will be perennial till the end,

It will forever continue to sail.

I will remember the care you showed me,

In random and in planned ways.

I can talk anything with you and be free,

Times with you are sunshine-filled days.

My short best friend with a lovely smile,

And eyes like stars that sparkle so bright.

You’re the cutest pal with an admirable sense of style,

I’m grateful for your love and your shining light.

Moments with you are books of laughter,

Fun times, late nights, and crazy talk.

Party times were something else altogether,

Our friends and we are perfectly fit folk.

We created countless memories,

We shared bittersweet experiences,

We celebrated each other’s glories,

Despite our circumstances, we will continue to take more such chances.

Thank you for always being my true friend,

Thank you for letting me be yours,

Thank you for being a part of my life till the end,

Thank you for painting everything with the brightest colours.

You are an amazing daughter,

A loving sister, and a host so caring;

All the time, you’re the one doing the most chitter-chatter,

Let me remind you, that you’re worthy of everything.

Like I always say,

And you won't ever have to second-guess it;

I am always just one phone call away,

To make your life brighter, I'll always do my bit.
