The Fifty Fifth Poem- Five Seasons’ Greetings

Five Seasons’ Greetings From the moist ground, young seedlings emerge, And the prettiest of tulips and daffodils blossom; Fresh berries and cherries enjoy their prime,  As vibrance and lushness extend everywhere; Beautiful spring lovingly encapsulates one, In its pristine energy of rejuvenation. Summer sends the scorching Sun, Leading to beachy waves and memories of fun; Kids lining up at ice cream trucks for icy bites, All in all, enjoying the long holidays. Summer is hard but always memorable, For every summer has its own story to tell. Monsoon brings hearts to elation, As all pains are soothed to ease; Umbrellas and raincoats become steady companions, While soups and hot snacks make for soulful evenings. The sight, sound and smell of the rain  Perpetually bring relaxing comfort within. It’s the shedding season again; With the rustling of dry foliage and rustic hues, The earthy tones set mellow moods; Autumn exemplifies an essential transition, Reminding us that what is lost...

The Fifty Third Poem- The Garden Hour

The Garden Hour As mysteries await, I sit in eagerness; Trees in my garden sway, As I while away in the lushness. Eerie whispers of insects Ring throughout my garden periphery, As I ponder and suspect Questions of life amidst this breathtaking scenery. The sound of dried leaves rustling under my feet, And the whirl of winds rumbling around me, I feel a voice inside me waiting to greet, Waiting to check if I’d realise and see. It is the voice of silence within me, Trying to usher me into calmness and peace; “Your thoughts can just wait and be, I am embracing you a thousandfold, just feel at ease.” Sometimes just ‘being’ is what’s needed, The what-ifs can be thought about later; All of life’s conundrums will succeed, And all apprehensions will turn out for the better. So I sit on this quiet bench, While nature calms me today, And with peace in my mind I ascend, For the trees and the breeze will be mine everyday. -Jaanvi Veluguleti

The Fifty First Poem- My Haven

My Haven I used to come here for peace, The green trees and the quiet breeze Bring back all the lost memories; Oh, if I start, I can never stop with the stories. This place was my sacred haven, So precious and love-laden. During moments of contentment as well as grief, This place comforted me with hugs of peace. I saw endless sunsets from here, I gleamed at the infinite stars from here; Whenever I needed to replenish my magic, Coming here would just do the trick. I thought of poems while sitting here, ’Cause this place to me was so dear; I found answers when I was desperate, I always felt a surge of power that seemed infinite. Visiting back today brought a few tears Of joy and longing for the previous years, The whispers of wind and the divine’s bliss Will forever be etched within me like chef’s kiss. My haven has witnessed transformative alchemies, It holds endless moments and memories That are eternally mine to relish; And to continue having this perpetual nostalgia is my forever wis...

The Forty First Poem- Nature’s Power

Nature’s Power There’s calmness in nature’s quiet; The silence whispers volumes of wisdom. Once one starts to dwell in nature’s delight, One experiences unparalleled freedom. Nature’s stillness brings me comfort and peace; Just looking at the incomparable sight Turns my anxiety to ease, And reassures me that I will be alright. When the world pushes me towards exhaustion, Nature pulls me back to the greatest solace ever, And reminds me that slowing down is the golden key to creation; In that moment, I feel the greatest support ever. The serenity of nature, It contains every answer; Amidst our fast-paced culture, Nature’s stillness gives me the greatest power. Nature is my best healer, Nature is my greatest teacher, Nature will always be my strongest supporter, Nature will forever continue to be my most worthy inspirer. -Jaanvi Veluguleti

The Thirty Third Poem- Wintery Mornings

❄️ Wintery Mornings❄️ The pleasantness of dawn invites me, Long walks in the early hours entice me, Wintery morning’s cool breeze, Makes me feel so light and free. When people haven’t woken up yet, Half the world is asleep; In perfect glory, the day is set; I’ve never felt a calmness so deep. The fog sets up a lovely scene, Causing a little shiver in me; With my mind in peace and the land around me green, Surely there’s no other place I’d rather be. Freshness of my neighbour’s lilies, The smell of moist mud under my feet, Strolling on the sand and stones of the streets, I feel nature’s embrace so deep and so sweet. As the sun’s first rays touch me, Warmth rushes into my body; As the blessings of the morning dawn upon me, I feel the amount of strength and wisdom I embody. There’s just something about wintery mornings, Experience for yourself and see; You’ll enjoy the most exhilarating of mornings, So come on, unlock your peace with this golden key. - Jaanvi Veluguleti

The Fifteenth Poem- Silent Night in Moonlight

πŸŒ• Silent Night in MoonlightπŸŒƒ Just sitting down here in my pyjamas,  With cool breeze and solemn silence brushing past my ears, From my balcony, I look up; I gaze at the night sky, simply awestruck. With a halo of white light The Moon is the King of the night. Oh I'm not even kidding, When I say I could just stare at it all night. With its perfect round shape, And its pearly white face, The brightest sight in the ebony night; Take me to the Moon and I might stay there for a while. Thinking about the weird silence, I ask myself: “What is this dark night hiding behind all the quiet? Why is it so peaceful to look at the sky? Why do these stars and this Moon look enchanting to me?” Though I don't intend to find any logical answers, And also wonder if my questions are rhetorical; I'm still curious to uncover even the irrational answers, While I stare away at this unmatched perfection. A while goes by and then, Right there I find, amidst all the silence, Truth basking in the cro...

The Fourteenth Poem- Embodiments Of Generosity

Embodiments of Generosity                                                     🌧🌧🌧 Oh are you feeling heavy dear Clouds? 'Cause I see you shedding your tears As blessings to us on the grounds. But you never seem to be in one place, You just bless us with your showers and go away. Your only nature is generosity; even when you seem to grieve, you show us grace. ☀πŸŒ™πŸŒπŸͺ⭐ Oh dear Sky, you are the bearer of the mighty enchantments, The Sun, the Moon, the Planets, and the Countless Stars. You bear the burden of binding them onto your big blank canvas. Your only nature is generosity, cause you show these beauties to us. It feels as if luck is in our favour to witness your magical canvas, Claiming nothing from us, you just present yourself to us. πŸŒ²πŸŒ³πŸŒ΄πŸŒ±πŸƒπŸŽπŸŒΊπŸ¦πŸ¦œ Oh my Trees, you guys are the most benevolent ones, Your remarkable generosity knows no bounds...

The Eleventh Poem- Through The Stars

✦★✰ Through The Stars⭐☆✩ I realised there's nothing nature cannot overcome; It's so peaceful and kind. Oh you should see the night sky, You and I aren't afraid to admit it's a marvel to the eyes. You know the Moon is a splendour sight, With its different forms on every night. The countless stars in constellations brighten up the sky, They've been twinkling since the first-ever night. I see Orion with the brightest star Sirius, its never-leaving neighbour, Ah! It's the most magnificent constellation of all time. I spot Ursa Major to its opposite side, Inverted by 180 but an equally bright sight for sore eyes. A rare sight of Scorpio is available too, Reserved only for midnights and early mornings. Consider yourself lucky if you ever see it, 'Cause I've seen it and it's another star-studded beauty. Sometimes when I feel things are out of my control, And I look up at the stars in the sky, I feel a shiver run down my spine, Reminding me to leave it up to...

The Sixth Poem- Lingering Landforms

Lingering Landforms  🌲🌳🌴 In the woods, in a faraway land, Untouched by a human's hand, Stand tall, trees that provide the biggest haven, I'm sure you'll call it an Abode in Heaven. 🏜☀πŸͺ🌡 In the distant desert, also termed the land of sand, You may wonder, but it too is a wonderland. Where else would you see the hottest Sun And get to see the Camel and the Cactus and learn? 🌊🌀 On the coastal shore, the blues of Heaven and Earth meet. The Sea's flowing water and the Sky's passing clouds greet, Oh they form the most spectacular hue! And make us admire them as if they are always new. ☁πŸŒ„πŸ” The hills are calling out to you To see from their highlands a magnificent world view. Come nearer to the clouds, feel them and breathe them, And listen to the most soothing and calming anthem. 🏝🌊 πŸ‰πŸŠπŸπŸ‘πŸˆπŸŒ΄πŸš’ The island, a cool and breezy pleasant land, Surrounded with water, it's the best vacationland. Get tempted with the prettiest and the juiciest fruits, And the ...
