The Twenty Fourth Poem- Pause To Be Present

Pause To Be Present🤍

Switch up your priorities,
Fall back into nature’s lap,
Stop for a second and realise,
That the world is yours to thrive.

Set aside your deadlines,
Pause all your activities;
Sit for a moment in the calmness,
Feel the moment’s joy and peace.

Just stop the conversation,
Be present in the silence;
Listen to the Universe’s vibrations,
’Cause you, at that moment, will obtain the wisest solutions.

Being present is the key to joy;
The silence will give you happiness;
’Cause, you will know what to do,
And you’ll be shown the way for you.

Feel lucky to take time out for yourself,
Societal contribution begins with the self.
Dwell in the present and make its best,
Just trust the process and forget the rest.

Feel the Universe wrapping arms around you,
Reminding you, “You are my sole heir,
There’s nothing to worry about for you,
Just be happy and I’ll do it for you.”

Feel the joy in just being,
Not doing, but just being here;
Right at this moment, feel your heart beating.
Realise that you are living, and aware.
